Refunds

K Parts hereby reserves the right to a 1-week return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  1. Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.
  2. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Your item needs to be returned to the selling branch. After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it. No item will be refunded without inspection.
  4. If it is found that the product is damaged in any way, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  5. If you initiate the return after the 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
  6. If you do not have proof of purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Starting a Return:

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@kparts.co.za. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Specific Cases:

  • If you ordered a part and it was delivered correctly as per the specified part number, the client will be responsible for arranging the return of the part if they lodge a return claim.
  • You can always contact us for any return-related questions at sales@kparts.co.za.

Refund Process:

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund was approved or not.
  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Important Note:

K Parts reserves the right to withhold any refund unless the part has been returned and inspected. No refunds will be processed without an inspection of the returned part.

Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, as mentioned below:

  • Special-ordered parts cannot be refunded.
  • We also do not accept returns for any liquids.
  • Electronic items purchased are not eligible for a refund. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
